I’m a 30 something Dad (parent of 2 toddlers) who happens to be a fitness professional and living with crohn’s disease! (as you probably guessed by the banner)
I made this channel with the aim to help people put their minds at ease when it comes to living and exercising with crohn’s disease.
With a little help from my friends at crohn’s colitis uk I am to bring regular content discussing my life with crohn’s and all the hints and tips I’ve learned along the way
