In honor of Mother's Day and our 100th episode of Empowering Her, I sat down for a lovely chat with my daughter Noa Pourmoradi.

I always find it fascinating to sit down with young girls and get their perspective on life.

This time of course, it was extra special to connect in this way with my own daughter for this occasion.

Noa bravely shares about some of the challenges that she faces and some of the inner tools that she leans into to release the pressure and reclaim her power.
