GENESIS COSMOGONY

“On this mountain he will swallow up the shroud that is over all the peoples, the woven covering that is over all the nations; he will swallow up death permanently. The sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from every face, and remove his people’s disgrace from all the earth. Indeed, the Lord has announced it!” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭25:7-8‬ ‭NET‬‬

When the shroud lifts the upper (6-12D) and lower (4D) register converge

“My aim is to know him, to experience the power of his

  1. resurrection, to share in his sufferings, and to be like him in his death,

and so, somehow, to attain to the…

  1. resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already attained this – that is, I have not already been perfected – but I strive to lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus also laid hold of me.” Philippians‬ ‭3:10-12‬ ‭NET‬‬

There are two different uses for the word resurrection…the second above and in Greek below is only used once in the New Covenant.

To own 1. ἀναστάσεως Genitive: The possession case; used to indicate ownership.

To receive 2. ἐξανάστασιν Accusative: The direct object case; used to indicate direct receivers of an action
