When paintball players go back to their roots, they go play pump. Rather than the high rate of fire contests that can be prevalent today, pump-action paintball games force players to deliberate over each pull of the trigger. The biggest name in pump markers is the CCI Phantom. Since 1987 it has been the standard against which all others are measured.
