It's still 6 weeks away, but for Coach Eric and Coach Jack, the Open is HERE! 

This is the most wonderful time of the year for us down on the Creek and we are excited to see what Papa Castro and his Fitness Elves have in store for us come March 11th.

If you've never done the Open or this is your 10th year, hopefully you'll share in the excitement.

And if you don't like the Open or have no interest, don't worry, the bros talk about a lot of other stuff completely unrelated to fitness, tell really bad jokes, and more or less accomplish nothing of importance.
