James 5:13-18

A certain historic biblical practice in the church for over 2,000 years seems to have fallen out of favor in much of the church today. James writes, "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord." What is the practice, the premise and the promise of this apostolic exhortation?
