Dr. Jim Coakley, Professor of Bible at MBI joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte on Wednesday to show us yet another way to freshen up our bible study with "Early On" information. Looking closely at the content situated at the beginning of a Bible book (early on information) serves as a sort of “table of contents” for what will be unpacked in further detail later on in the book. This "early on" content prepares readers for later content, identifies key themes, and tracks what the Biblical authors (human and Divine) are making most prominent.
