Since we don't have a Justin Fields performance to review, I talk about how I thought the Bears blundered the rumors of Nagy being fired and even though I feel for him as a person, his performance as a coach is not what it needs to be to keep his job.
The Bears had a decent number of run attempts and a good per carry average. They also had consistent pressure on the Raven's backup QB, but a single failure on a single play allowed the Ravens to make their comeback. The 1980's staple of run the ball and play great defense simply does not work in today's NFL.
I give my thoughts on the NFL apologizing for multiple missed and non-calls during the game. Then I move onto Justin Fields and the offense.
We look at the progress Fields is making. Can he become "THAT GUY" who makes the Bears perennial contenders?

The Bears continue their losing streak, prompting most media to speculate that there will be a cleaning of house at Halas Hall after the season ends, myself included. In the past few weeks we have found candidates for President/CEO, GM and now we take a look at candidates for the Head Coaching job.

Well the 3 week vacation from the realities of the Bears ends with this recap and there is not much to be positive about this week.
George Costanza would NOT be pleased. I am a one man show and I have some things going on so I am giving you the double dip today. In week 2 of looking at the positives I find some from the loss to the Saints. I also find some positives about the matchup against the Titans as well as my weekly prediction. Enjoy!
It's week 8, but it's week 2 of me trying to find positives. I manage to find a few. With the trade deadline coming up Tuesday I also play GM a little bit and get to gripe about the Bears a little bit in that segment.
The Bears really challenged me to stay positive but I managed to find a few nuggets from the game.
