SynopsisFuture workforce development is dependent on quality training provision. Yet individuals, workplaces and industry sectors that would most benefit from training are often unable to access it. In 2010 WRC undertook research into three sectors using e-learning. IT was found that e-learning can help to overcome traditional barriers to training such as geographic isolation, casual and part-time employment, and work intensification.
