Similarly, in large organizations, organizing and managing skills can be a daunting task. It involves identifying various skills, bridging gaps, and keeping track of progress, all of which can be a nightmare if not approached strategically. The cost of neglecting this aspect of organizational development can be immense, yet many organizations struggle to gain a firm grasp on their skill management and organization.
