Manuela Vilaseca is one of the most accomplished trail and ultra runners in the world, with a long, diverse history in sport, competing since 2011. With two top 10 finishes at the Ultra Trail Mont Blanc, a top-ten Ultra Trail World Tour ranking, multiple wins, course records, and podium finishes, as well as most recently crushing the record for the Triple Crown of 200s in 2025, she is truly one of the most versatile athletes in the sport.
Born and raised at sea level in Brazil, Manu has a unique ability to compete without training at altitude, separating her from others in the front of the pack. She attributes this ability to her multi-disciplinary training which includes trail running, cycling, and yoga. Manu's lifetime of experience has helped her become fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Catalan. She is a United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy certified coach with Peak Run Performance coaching team, where she works with athletes from all over the world in multiple languages. She is also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. She enjoys sharing what she has learned through her own running journey and finds immense value in sharing her training philosophies, multi-sport approach and means of maintaining a positive mindset with her athletes.
