I use this phrase as an internal dialogue whenever I find myself telling a non-productive, non-constructive, and frankly, untrue story in my head. Those stories that are not helpful in getting you any closer to achieving what you want. What do i mean by stories? 2. Story: a retelling of something that has occurred, often told with feeling. Stories are NOT FACTS. But we treat them that way. But Why?
