Leaders are often born in times of crisis or chaos.  Remember, a manager or supervisor is a title given by a company... a leader is a title given by your team.  After a break for a few days to rest my voice, today I'm going to give you a new title... the C.H.O.  Listen to find out what that means and how you can fulfill your role as a leader, when your team needs YOU most.
