My guest this week is the founder of Patchwork Health, Dr Anas Nader. Anas moved over from Canada to the UK to continue his education as a clinician and as a clinical entrepreneur over 10 years ago. During the time he was working as a medical doctor, he experienced first hand many of the issues facing the NHS public healthcare system.

One issue that he felt like he could impact was relating to staffing solutions and management. He discussed with his cofounder and the board at Chelsea and Westminster FT who agreed to be the pilot site for his new innovative solution, and so Patchwork Health was born.

We discuss the impact that Patchwork is having on one of the most common issues facing clinicians today, as well as many other things!
