My guest this week is Caroline Gadd, whom is the founder of Otsuka Health Solutions ("OHS") which is an award winning business working within mental health services helping transform data into valuable insights . They have received excellent traction in spite of the pandemic over the past year, and have been accepted onto the NHS Innovation Accelerator program.

OHS are working well with a number of metal health clinicians first hand, and their small but growing team of dedicated professionals have a fantastic outlook and message to present to the community. Which is reflective in Caroline's ethos and attitude towards the work that OHS are doing around key issues such as patient flow, identifying people at risk, and resource allocation.
