Former Mexican Defence Minister Salvador Cienfuegos has been arrested in the US on undisclosed charges.
Cienfuegos headed the defence ministry of former President Enrique Pena Nieto.

According to downdetector.com, users on every continent reported being unable to use the platform for at least two hours.
The company said there was no evidence of a security breach or hack.
