In this episode Tyler is honored to chat with Gary Powers Jr., Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Cold War Museum at Vint Hill and son of Gary Francis Powers. Gary revisits what happened to father after he was shot down by the Soviets while flying the U2, his captivity and the aftermath.
As a result of his dad being shot down and the lack of young people understanding the Cold War, built the Cold War Museum in Vint Hill. Consolidating this rich history and artifacts brings many opportunities to explore and educate young minds as well as old to our military history.
