After a three year break due to COVID, Tampa is bringing back the River O Green Fest and dyeing the Hillsborough to celebrate St Patrick's Day. It's delayed one day to Sunday (13) because of stormy weather forecast Saturday. Gordon Byrd speaks with Ashly Anderson of the Tampa Downtown Partnership.
