This week we touch down within the year that I first started on My Vinyl Voyage, Our music continued to evolve whilst the powerhouse record labels still held onto the grace and sophistication in productions that heralded the 1970s music industry  Soul-Unique.

In todays edition you will hear and feel the evolution of the 80s Soul sounds as the origins of dance with fragment into individual sub genre’s with the influence of Jazz no longer in total control!  Lower frequencies powered by the need of deeper bass's and Hypnotic rhythms will spearhead an assault on the dance with the Electro Hip Hop street scene no longer contained to the beat-streets, infecting all labels all dance-floors all the way to this very day.
