We're gonna look at the creative cycle and all of the challenges that come along with it — doubt, questioning, exhaustion, stagnancy. Why do we all experience these feelings? Could it be that they’re here for a reason? We’ll deconstruct the creative cycle and learn how to shift our perspective from a backward outlook to a forward outlook. And we’ll see how we can fully take advantage of every stage of the process.
