“Working software” is a delusive statement. For example, software might be working as usual for its users, while there may be a host of hidden technical problems behind the scenes. Indeed, these problems can be so serious that the software requires immediate additional investments just to keep the business running.
We invited Santtu Elsinen, Chief Digital Officer at Almamedia, and Juha Rämälä, an Agile coach and a project manager at Eficode to talk about Technology Due Diligence.
We discuss with Santtu and Juha the reasons for doing a technical due diligence, how does the process looks like, and spice the theory up with their experience from the field.
