We all need encouragement no matter who we are and of course some more than others. We need reinforcement, affirmation, relief. It doesn’t matter if we have gotten ourselves into a pickle or life is just cruel to us, we need to be encouraged.  There is no better place for encouragement than the Word of God.

I beg of you to give God your time, you will not regret it. Let Him lift you up and give you peace and comfort; let God encourage you. 

If you allow Him, God will take you out of the depths of the valley and put you on a mountaintop.
