• Mark 1:14-15 (NKJV) - Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” Repentance - The action one follows "after perception" with the mind. Believe - To be persuaded of, and to place confidence in something or someone to the point of corresponding actions

• Luke 5:32 (NKJV) - "I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance."

• John 3:5 (CEV) - Jesus answered: I tell you for certain that before you can get into God's kingdom, you must be born not only by water, but by the Spirit.

• Romans 8:6 (CEV) - If our minds are ruled by our desires, we will die. But if our minds are ruled by the Spirit, we will have life and peace.

• Philippians 4:8 (NLT) - And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

• Luke 24:46-47 (NKJV) - Then He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
