Here's the translation of this narrative.
The reason I'm doing this is for a couple reasons, #1, I just
don't trust our government. I'm sorry. That's what I'm saying.
Ladies and Gentlemen, you can't watch a television show, you
can't watch a news station, where we talk about the reality of
climate change, right? And the sphere of CO2 and things of
this nature. When all the while, I am convinced, that this is not
because of the natural state of affairs, because we've had
climate changes. We know that. We know that for a fact. But
the extreme occurrences that are happening today, are man
made. Not because of a bunch of cars or cows farting. But
because of the fact that we've decided, that we're going to
create a weapon. And by the way, if you didn't see the fiscal
numbers, in the three fiscal years, of our federal budget,
2017, 2018, and the one coming up in 2019, of this year, after
this year, we will have spent, almost $15 TRILLION dollars,
almost $15 TRILLION dollars, in some form of "weather
modification". So I just wanna know, I could have thought of a
lot of stuff we could have done with $15 TRILLION dollars.
Infrastructure needs, things of that nature. But here's the
other thing too, and as conservatives and of people who are
truly about freedom, remember this: If you're gonna control
people, first thing you do is, control the water, control the food,
and of course we'll never get the fed ever, audited, but, you
control the money. Ok, and I believe, there are some very
sinister folks out there, that do not have our interests in mind,
because this IS a deep subject, is, when you look at the UN
Agenda stuff, it talks about you gotta get rid of the middle
class, you gotta get rid of property ownership, private
property, bad news, and what nation is the leader of all those
things? The United States. The right to own property, and
used to be the middle class. But now it's taking two family
household people to, just to make ends meet. And meanwhile,
no one's really addressing that. But, in finality, the biggest fear
we need to think about is our grandchildren and our children.
Because there is no way, with the amount of, with 5G and so
forth, you can't tell me, although you can't see it, you can not
tell me there is not going to be any long term health effects.
I've met, on the smart meter stuff...who likes smart meters?
Raise your hand...[audience: we don't have a choice!] Well,
we were supposed to, but through the misinterpretation of the
intent of the legislation, they made it a mandate. It was never
supposed to be that. We have a new piece of legislation
coming out with a few different Senators to say hey, you don't
want a smart meter, you shouldn't have to have one on. So
hopefully we can get that going. The reason I brought that up
is this, I've met literally folks, that have doctor, reasonings,
why they're sick, and they're telling them it's because, of, of
how, for them specifically, it might not effect everybody the
same, that's the whole thing. It may effect you all differently.
It's kinda like vaccines, alright? So the bottom line is, is that,
we need to slow down on this, and here's another thing that
has me going back to the food thing, it's that, Pennsylvania is
the 6th largest state, we are the 6th, our bee collapse, our
hive collapse, we're the 6th highest in hive collapse, bee hive
collapse. Folks, you don't have bees, you're not gonna have
food. There's no, there's just no way. And here's what really
ticks me off the most, and especially with this cloud seeding
bullcrap. You heard David Keith talking about, "well, it's only a
little bit of, it's only this little drop, so it will only effect your
water a little bit. That is baloney, these ladies, every time it
rains, they go around and take soil samples.(rain samples) of
what it was before and after. And when you see the
differences in the chemical makeup of the soil after it rains, it's
more than just a little bit, am I right,? The rain, excuse me, I
was wrong - they test the rain, And they take it to independent
labs, they have it all documented, it's all there. It's baloney.
Now when you talk to folks, they'll just say, Senator, this 5G
stuff, it's like, getting two drops of poison. Yeah, but it's two
drops of poison,(snapping fingers) every second, of every
minute, of every hour, of every day, 365 days a year, day in,
day out, day in, day out. See, that's stuff that you need to see.
They did, on that, the apartment building in California, and the
effect of illnesses, of those poor people, that were in direct
line of a cell tower that had to be made lower because of an
airport, of a fly over...it's... I just...you need to know this. And
it's not something you can say in three minutes. And when
you start talking about this, people start looking as if you have
three eyes, you know, and two tails, two horns in your head,
and you're totally whacked. Look, when I came up with
medical cannabis, when we did medical cannabis, I did it
because I believe that people should have a right, to have a
medicine, and there should be nobody, no government,
nobody standing between yourself, your God, and your
medical professional as you're doing battle with your disease.
But what I found out, as I got into it, I found out the whole
problem with our whole, with the CDC, the FDA, and
government agencies that you would think are there to protect
you, when they are really there for another agenda. Whether
it's their own personal pockets... We have seen, I have seen
more sacrifices of personal interests, on the alters of.. it's just
ridiculous, the sacrifice of principle on the alter of self interest
is just, totally mind boggling. This here, is a direct attack, I
believe, on the sovereignty of the United States. That whole,
new world order, I could never really understand what George
Bush meant by his thousand points of light, and so forth. Has
nothing to do with what our founders intended for this great
nation. A nation that made the world great. A place where a
person could have come, and not been guaranteed anything,
but at least had an opportunity, to have success. A place
where you could own property. Universal education, where
everybody learned to read. And nobody was a slave, well, we
had slavery, but we, we had to deal with that and we did, and
rightfully so. But the bottom line is, this is an attack, there's
something really sinister going on, and it's all tied together
with, this...I'm not anti-vaccination, but I think we're over
vaccinated, to the Nth degree, and I would just like to know
what's in them, but all this stuff, from the smart meters, to the
geoengineering, to everything else going on, this is all tied
together. And that's why I'm doing it because i just want to
bring awareness, and finally, I'd like to get the bill introduced,
cause I want to see...the opponents. And i wanna see what
they're gonna say. Cause I think it's the right thing to do. And
it's not easy to explain. Now, I'm working on a coalition, I'm
gonna be talking to several other Senators, I don't want to do
this by myself, I will if I have to, but bottom line is, we need
awareness because... (holding up cellphone) you know,
imagine if your child, if they weren't holding a phone, they
were holding a pack of cigarettes...you wouldn't like that right?
When you look at those meters, and what you're exposed to
on a daily basis, and we have these things up against our
ears, all the time, have 'em in your pocket... Our bodies,
there's electrical charges going on, in our bodies as we're
going all the time, right. This is electromagnetic wave
radiation, all the time folks. All the time. And I'm not talking
about getting rid of your cell phones. Actually the safest thing
we could do cause we already fricken paid for it, is make them
come up with the fiber optics (FTTP), which is actually
safer...less being, actually safer for security, can't be hacked
as easy, right? And how else, you could crash our grid right
now, our telecommunications grid, by just taking out a bunch
of towers, if you really wanted to, and everybody would be
lost. So I think fiber optics, and some counties in some states
are actually moving in that direction, of requiring fiber cables
to bring it back to a landline and that is at least, we don't have
to give up technology, is what I'm saying, but we can be
smarter in how we deal with it.
