Patrick Oluyide is someone who believes sustainable growth isn’t built on ambition alone, it’s built through the leadership, systems, and habits that help people and organisations scale.
He helps organisations and individuals strengthen leadership capability, build better habits, and create the systems needed to turn growth into consistent delivery.
His belief is that growth is not a personality trait, it’s a set of practices: clear priorities, repeatable routines, honest feedback loops, and a culture that turns learning into action.
He works in the space where strategy often breaks down helping people and organisations translate intention into execution through stronger leadership, better decisions, and effective operating habits.
Because when those foundations are in place, people don’t just perform, they compound.

Lyn Delmastro-Thomson helps sensitive, soul-led visionaries with a big mission to help more people stop being the best kept secret at what they do. She’s the go-to guide for those who are ready to feel safe being seen in the powerful work that they do in the world so they can make a bigger impact, without sacrificing their own sensitivity, gaslighting their feelings or frying their nervous systems.
Through her Unmuted Method, Lyn helps you heal the root of why visibility feels like danger, feel safe to be seen, and fully own the power of the life changing work that you do in the world.
Her approach blends hypnosis, somatic tools, nervous system regulation, and energy medicine—because for sensitive leaders, real transformation has to go deeper than mindset. It has to reach the body and the energy field.
With over a decade of experience as a healer herself, Lynnow helps healers and visionary leaders break cycles of feeling frozen and overwhelmed when it comes time to hit post or record a video, getting stuck in perfectionism and overcome their deep fear of being seen.
Because the moment you stop hiding the full expression of yourself?
That’s when your true impact begins.

Recently, we lost our dear friend, Reverend Claudette Douglas, and this experience has reminded me just how precious life truly is. It’s a powerful reminder to focus on what truly matters and to let go of anything that doesn’t lift us or the people around us. As Maya Angelou wisely said, 'I've always believed that one person can make a difference, and that person is you.' Our friend the Reverend Claudette Douglas embodied this belief fully, leaving a lasting impact through her warmth, strength, and kindness.
This episode is a repeat, and a celebration of Claudette's life story, told through a poetic memoir that captures her spirit and the difference she made in the world. She was a spirtitual warrior and cultural activist with a long history of campaigning for causes of social equality, racial justice, community cohesion and greater spiritual interaction between all people and cultures. She was a playwright, director and author and in this episode she shares her life story through her book, Black, Blessed and British.

All of us have an intense desire to be loved and nurtured. But love is not about us and our wants. Mother Teresa once said that it is more important to do small things with great love than to do great things with little love. This episode is a reflection after listening to one of my favourite songs, and I've concluded that love is the answer! Enjoy

With thanksgiving taking place this week in the US, it got me thinking about some of things that we can be thankful for. Yes, I know there are some of you who wished that this year didn't exist, but sometimes we find it easier to focus on what we don't have instead of what we do have. So using my friends as guinea pigs, I compiled an unscientific survey, the results of which are shared in this episode. Enjoy.

Christine Darden was an inspirational figure whose career spanned over 40 years working with NASA. As an adult, I figured that maybe that was a route for me also, well, in a slightly unusual way. Intrigued? Well, you will need to listen. Enjoy!

Don't worry, I'm not about to burst into song! I certainly do not sing like Aretha Franklin! However, I pose the question, do you treat others the way that you like to be treated? Examples in this episode include my own personal opinion on the leadership skills required both in the political and business arena and why respect for others is important. Also, on a personal level, treating yourself with respect isn't that complicated either. Enjoy.

Do you like to participate in sports or exercise? Why? That was a question that was put to me by two people recently, and I found it challenging to respond straight away with an answer to an activity that I do regularly. It's amazing the amount of everyday things that we take for granted. I finally came up with a response. Enjoy.

Older brothers have a tendency to position themselves as role models for their younger siblings, and they will never let you go out in the world unprepared, well, that's the theory anyway. The history of storytelling goes back thousands of years originating from visual stories, such as cave drawings, and then to oral traditions, in which stories were passed down from generation to generation by word of mouth. In modern day times we now have newspapers, television news, radio, novels and the movies. This podcast aims to bring alive the oral tradition of storytelling drawing on personal experiences and how it relates to everyday life.
