Every time I interview someone, I will ask them two questions:
Why do you believe in God/Jesus?
Why is it important to share your testimony?
1 Peter 3:15 reminds us to always be prepared to make a defense to anyone who ask you for a reason for the hope in you. In other words, why do you have faith in Christ? Therefore, I believe it will be a blessing if we had a repository of reasons to believe in Christ and share your testimony.
