I share why it's important to when stepping into a new field, changing jobs or your role within a company,  it helps to think of this phase like entering an Apprenticeship phase.   I also talk about 3 levels of apprenticeship  which are deep observation, acquiring skills, experimentation. Also i talk about strategies to complete an ideal apprenticeship.
