Opening night of Symphony Under the Sky in Hawrelak Park, Edmonton – my favourite music event of the year. Four nights of spectacular music, outdoors in the park. Friendly happy people, informal atmosphere. Some people are under the amphitheatre in reserve seats; an equal number are in lawn chairs or blankets on the grass.
