According to a research done in 2010 by the Wilder Foundation, 40 to 85 percent of Hmong people have experienced some kind of diagnosable mental health disorder compared to 20 to 26 percent of the general U.S. population. In this episode, we are joined with Kao Kia Lee, a rising high school senior, to talk about her experience battling with mental illnesses.
