Dj Mr Jay courtesy of Mindlab Productions presents Philip White live in London on the 27th May 2017. This exclusive event will feature Philip White; an Urban/Contemporary Gospel artist with an R&B sound and the production of both gospel and urban producers.

White of Nashville, TN first appeared on the scene in 2013 with radio smash ‘Laid It Down’ written & produced by Juan Winans which was featured on the EP “Dj Mr Jay Presents: New Soul Vol 1”. His latest new track also written by Winans titled ‘From the Bottom of My Heart.’ Philip was recently in concert with ‘The Walls Group’ and sister trio ‘Virtue’, has appeared live on the ‘Jimmy Fallon Show’ and The Dorinda Clark Cole Show’. In addition, he has had the opportunity to lend background vocals for the likes of Judith McCallister, Debbie Winans and Vickie Yohe to name a few.

Philip has captured a fresh new sound on his independent imprint White Hill Music. While some contemporary gospel male artist resort to heavy hip-hop features or hype tracks this collection of songs contain a gospel, inspirational message tinged with R&B flavor. With a voice that parallels current gospel artists such as Isaac Carree, Donnie McClurkin or even R&B artist Usher; Philip takes the time to bear his soul on his single ‘Laid It Down’ written by Juan Winans.
