Crystal Chesney-Thompson is Derek's better half and an unbelievably gifted and skilled artist. She is currently a director over at Rough Draft Studios in Glendale, Cali. where she is in charge of Netflix's hit, Disenchantment. It's not an easy job, but it sure seems to be a fun one! 
Crystal tells us what makes her tick, what inspires her, how she met Derek and what hobbies influence her craft. Very much worth the listen to those of us into animation.
