Migrants who commit a serious crime, even those who have been granted asylum, should be deported according to a Fianna Fáil policy document. We discussed this with Fianna Fáil TD and Justice Spokesperson Jim O'Callaghan, and Dr Ciara Smyth from the University of Galway.
