IHI Coaching is an Executive Coaching and Consulting Organization that focuses on Organizational Health. This podcast will explain that although many of the podcasts will use a bible scripture, it is not at all a religious talk. This podcast discusses the relationship between "The Good Shepherd" with what is like to be a business owner or manager and how the owner will give up nights and weekends whereas a manager or hired hand will not. It will begin to discuss the idea of how to get everyone involved so even if they don't own the company they will buy in to to the vision and be willing to make sure the company succeeds as a whole.
