1. When you think of a leader, what person/traits come to mind?

2. Read Philippians 2:19-30. What things stand out to you with respect to Timothy and Epaphroditus?

3. Read Philippians 2:20. What does Paul mean when he calls Timothy genuine? What devious business practice was Paul probably referring to? Are you genuine?

4. Read Philippians 2:21. Who are these “others” Paul is talking about? What really matters to Jesus when it comes to a true shepherd or pastor? (See 1 Peter 5:1-4; Eph. 4:11-12; 1 Peter 3:15.)

5. Read Philippians 2:25-30. What stands out about Epaphroditus to you? What do you think makes him a great Christian example or leader?

6. Read Revelation 12:11. Why is this such a critical passage for the Christian? (Discuss it and show its relationship to Epaphroditus.) Also, how does Philippians 3:12-13 and 2 Corinthians 12:9 relate to Revelation 12:11?
