Romney Williams is the CEO at Enso Rings & Founder and Managing Director at Entrepreneur Launch Group, LLC.

Having changed schools 11 times (not for disciplinary reasons!) and lived in 16 cities and 4 countries, Romney has learned to be comfortable outside his comfort zone. A proud father of 4, he was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug in college and has had quite a journey over the past 25 years since then by doing start-ups on his own and joining forces several different times with founders to disrupt old industries, including ventures in consumer electronics (digital cameras), fintech, and insurance tech. In his current role as CEO of Enso Rings, he is leading a passionate team in their mission to be a force for a good while disrupting the jewelry industry. Romney was recently named a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year in Utah.
