Perhaps you’ve heard the old saying, The chicken always comes home to roost! In essence it’s meant to convey that the bad things a person has done in the past will come back to bite them. And we certainly see that play out for the nation of Israel in Amos chapter two. It’ll serve as a needed reminder that God takes sin very seriously and will judge it. So let’s take notice of the things God is condemning these nations for, so we can steer clear of it ourselves.
