The pastor like a shepherd of sheep is called to feed, lead and protect the flock. It’s a big job but should they be compensated for that and if so how much? As we get back into First Timothy we open up chapter five and notice the responsibility that the church has to take care of its leaders. Believe it or not, that part is easy. What may not be so easy centers around the type of leader that deserves that care and support!
