Ideally, if you had the choice to wake up in the morning groggy or alive and happy, full of energy, would you? What is your preference? Who is in charge of you waking up alive and enthusiastic? If you know you are in charge, why aren’t you doing it? Because you are asleep! The moment that you wake up and you realize that you have that power, you will start to wake up alive and enthusiastic. Why? Because that is your preference. Everyone used to wake up alive and happy. So what happened? It happened slowly, you began to take after the person or people who were taking care of you and you copied them. Were they alive and enthusiastic? Probably not! So you learned this behavior and if you learned it you can unlearn it.
