In this episode I want to share a part of my story. It is ugly, it is sad, it is vulnerable but I strongly believe that shame cannot live in the light, in the open and that people all over can be helped by hearing it. I want anyone who is in this situation or knows someone who is to have a better understanding of how it happens, why we stay and to know that there is a GORGEOUS life waiting on the other side of domestic violence.
