We are not 10 feet tall and bullet proof as much as we want to believe it.  Accidents can happen to anyone at any time.  Our goal is to use the Daily Huddle as a tool to identify hazards, clarify procedure, set direction and goals for the day and make sure everyone is comfortable with the plan.
