Today we discuss severe weather and having a plan if/when it hits.

Do you know your branch specific plans for in the office if there is severe weather?  Where to go? 

Same question for your project sites?  Where to go, what to do?

The National Weather Service recommends the following:

1. Get inside - as far to the middle as possible
2. Get down - below ground or the lowest floor possible
3. Cover up - flying debris is the number one killer in storms

Biggest thing we can do is plan ahead.  Look at your weather apps before work and discuss what the plan is with the crew if it looks like severe weather may hit while at work.
