When we’re in conflict with someone, it’s always more personally satisfying if forgiveness is exchanged on both sides. The idea of forgiving someone when they haven’t admitted they were wrong? Preposterous! But that is exactly what Jesus is saying we must do. Pastor Mark will be teaching about our extending forgiveness as a crucial component to having our prayers answered by God. Though on the surface this seems unfair, it is an opportunity for us to exhibit the character of God. After all, He forgave us before we admitted we were in the wrong, didn’t He?
