Whether great, small, immediate, or long term, each and every one of us is met with needs as we progress through life. From financial, medical, or even emotional, there comes a time where we just can't seem to meet our own needs. Due to the prideful nature of the human heart, we sometimes put off the call for help a little longer than necessary. In today's edition of Lessons for Living, Pastor Mark reflects on Jairus' humble cry for Jesus to heal his daughter. In our study, we learn that although it might be the most difficult or even sacrificial call, the call to Jesus is the most important one we can make.
