You see, if you are NOT a 6believer in Jesus...you CANNOT approach God until you have prayed 7 the prayer of salvation! You must first come to the understanding that 8 you are a sinner... in need of a savior. With that realization, then comes 9 confession...restoration AND THEN that line of communication between 10 you and the Creator of the Universe will be open.
