We learn that if we have a pure heart, as described in the Bible, 4then we will receive blessing. But what exactly is a pure heart? Is it 5simply having pure thoughts or being a “moral” person....or is it more 6than that? You see, our hearts are the very center of our being. Our 7heart is our soul and who we truly are inside. And while we might be 8able to hide or conceal our “true self” from others, we cannot hide our 9heart from God. So in order to have a pure heart, we must confess our 10sin, receive forgiveness and begin to walk in the ways of the LORD.
