We read in the book of first Corinthians chapter ten verse thirteen, ' 2No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are 4able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you 5may be able to bear it.' What does that mean? Well, it means that God 6will never allow the enemy to temp you with any sort of sin that God has 7not empowered you by His Holy Spirit to say no to. You can have victory! 8But, that victory comes through a very specific reliance upon God. God 9has given us His Word to guide us and His Spirit to enable us. And the 10bottom line is that God is greater than our adversary and He is in us!
