Today we're taking a look at the difference between biblical hope and human hope. Humanly speaking it's an uncertain wish for something good to happen in the future. Human hope lacks certainty and biblical hope is founded on confidence. Both are positive in nature but only one comes with a guarantee. Biblical hope not only wants something good for the future, it expects it to happen because it's based on God and His Word.
