At some point in your life, you've probably been posed the question: If you had one wish, what would it be? Now, ruling out the “I'd wish for an infinite number of wishes” answer...most people would asked for unlimited wealth. As a believer, knowing what Scripture says about the love of money...hopefully you'd answer differently. As we'll see in our study today, when Solomon was given a choice to ask God for anything...he chose wisdom. He was seeking after God's heart, to rule Israel and his life with the wisdom of the Lord. Being given wealth without God's wisdom would only end in disaster. His way for us is always best.
