We have total freedom to choose our own paths. But, that freedom can come with a cost when we follow our own selfish ambition. We become slaves to our flesh, slaves to sin. The good news is that we can be freed from the death and destruction of sin through the ransom paid by Jesus' sacrifice. From emptiness to fulfillment, we trade bondage for freedom in Christ. We are all born into sin, but the pathway out of it is our choice. It was Jesus' choice to walk towards His own death, because He knew what would come from it. We know, too, so walk towards Him.
