Christians are leaving the church in droves. How do you bring a Christian back to Church?

Everyone knows someone who has fallen away from the faith. There are often a lot of emotionally driven reasons for someone to stop believing. But it begs the question, how to we get those who have fallen away to re-engage with the faith?
